The delegate fee includes full access to all conference sessions, conference materials, refreshments, and lunch throughout the event.

Online registration closes on 12 October 2026. After this date, registrations will be available on-site only, subject to availability.

Note: Your registration is confirmed only after full payment has been received and verified, and you have received the Confirmation Email. Confirmation emails are typically emailed within 1–3 business days after receipt of your payment proof.

Delegate Registration

Payment Guidelines

Payment must be completed immediately upon successful registration in order to secure a confirmed seat. Payment may be made using one of the following methods:

Credit or Debit Card

  • Secure online payment via our Stripe payment platform. Please use the same full name and email address provided during registration to ensure your payment is correctly matched to your registration.

    Note: The delegate fee displayed excludes the 4% card processing fee, which will be added during payment.

     

Bank Transfer

  • For organisations requiring an invoice, internal payment approval, or ePerolehan (EP). Please contact us to request an invoice and payment instructions.

Group Registration

Organisations registering five (5) or more delegates from the same organisation are entitled to a 5% group discount.

To arrange a group registration, please email the list of participants to account@mapsglobe.com.

Cancellation / Substitution

Delegate fees are non-refundable. Delegate substitutions are permitted upon written request on or before 9 October 2026.
